The included free calling credits depend on your plan:

• Base Plan: 200 free US calling minutes per user per month
• Advanced Plan: Up to 2,000 free US calling minutes per user per month

Credits refresh monthly. Free credits apply to calls to the US and Canada. International calling rates vary by destination country. Once your free minutes run out, additional minutes can be purchased at approximately $0.021 per minute for the US (2.1 cents).

Calling credits are consumed on a per-minute basis. The clock starts the moment a prospect answers or when you reach voicemail. Unanswered calls (no pickup, busy line) do not consume credits. Credits cover both connected conversations and voicemail time. US calling is charged at approximately $0.021 per minute (2.1 cents).

Yes, all calls made through the Klenty dialer are automatically recorded. Call recording is included in the dialer plan at no additional cost. Recordings are stored in Klenty and can be synced to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho).

You have two options:

• Purchase numbers within Klenty: US numbers are available instantly for $1.15 per month per number. Select your preferred state and area code. You can buy as many as you need. One payment card covers the entire team.
• Link your existing number: You can link your personal or company number as a caller ID. Calls still route through Klenty's telecom provider, and credits are consumed from your Klenty account.

For non-US numbers (UK, Europe, Australia, etc.), you may need to provide company registration documents for that country before we can set up numbers for you.
